Richard Sullivan is a pioneer of the affinity benefit program marketplace. Richard founded Meridian One in 1989 with a vision to begin an independent member benefits business which could offer Associations and their members a comprehensive benefit program under a single brand, 1 800 MEMBERS. Richard's vision has now grown to a company with over 700 trade and professional group clients and eight different supplier companies. As CEO of Meridian One, Richard remains the driving entrepreneurial spirit of the business. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Richard is based in our Bonita Springs, FL office.

Thomas Beahn is the President of Meridian One and is based at Meridian One's Alexandria, Virginia headquarters. As President of Meridian One, Thomas is responsible for all aspects of the company's business. Before being named to his current position, Thomas was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Meridian One, and was responsible for all program marketing and Call Center Operations. A veteran of the telecommunications industry, Tom joined Meridian One in July 2004 after serving for four years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vartec Telecom. Thomas holds a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A from The University of Notre Dame. Thomas is a member of The Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chapter of The March of Dimes and is a licensed insurance agent.

Andrea Nock is the Senior Marketing Manager at Meridian One Corporation. As Senior Marketing Manager, Andrea oversees marketing strategy and implementation in Meridian One's marketing department. In addition to managing Meridian One’s FedEx program, Andrea manages a team of Marketing Managers and their associations' marketing efforts. Andrea holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and joined Meridian One in 2003. She previously held roles in Meridian One's call center and marketing departments before being promoted to Senior Marketing Manager in 2007 and Director of Marketing in 2010.

Brian has been with Meridian One since June 2006 and has held various positions over the years, most currently, Senior Manager of Business Development. As Senior Manager, Brian oversees and implements the marketing within his base of associations for Freight, works with his key association contacts as well as the partners of our shipping and freight programs and manages a team of 6 inside sale representatives whose main focus is Freight. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Kristan Dixon is the Director of Human Resources for Meridian One. As Director of Human Resources, Kristan manages all company benefit programs, employee recruitment and our employee incentive programs. Prior to joining Meridian One in May 2004, Kristan was the Manager of Human Resources at Mona Electric and also worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Risk Management at DynCorp. Kristan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia State University.
