Meridian One remains dedicated to its core mission of creating and administering member benefit programs for established affinity groups and association/corporate partners. 1 800 MEMBERS is an authorized sales agent for selected companies that provide commonly used business services. Not only is it a toll-free phone number; 1 800 MEMBERS provides our association and corporate partners critical resources for enrolling members in their benefit programs. Additionally, we provide exceptional customer support to help keep program participation high.

Our highly trained staff is divided into four critical areas:

·        New Business Development to receive inbound leads, set up accounts, and secure orders for the first 90 days

·        Business Development to reach out to members to set up new enrollments

·        Retention to handle major escalations from large accounts and retain and grow existing accounts

·        Sales Support to handle customer service issues for new accounts
